We want you to feel confident when choosing a piece for your child’s special moment.

14-Day Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery (based on tracking confirmation).

Returns must be reviewed and approved before shipping the item back.


Complimentary Size Exchange

We understand that fit matters.

We offer one size exchange per order, subject to availability.

Customers are responsible for return shipping.
Once the original item is received and inspected, the replacement size will be shipped.


Return Eligibility

To preserve the integrity of our garments, returned items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • Free from perfume, deodorant, or smoke odors

  • Free from food or beverage stains (such as frosting, chocolate, juice, or fruit)

  • Free from grass, dirt, marker, crayon, sunscreen, adhesive, or makeup stains

  • With original tags attached

  • In original packaging

Because our dresses are designed for meaningful occasions, we kindly ask that they be tried on carefully before the event.

Items showing signs of wear, staining, or alteration cannot be accepted.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.


Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
