📦 Shipping Policy

At Liliana Esquivia, we’re dedicated to delivering joy and elegance—one beautiful dress at a time. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how your order ships from our U.S. location.


🚚 Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We offer international shipping to Canada and Mexico at this time.


⏱️ Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed before 5 PM (EST) are typically shipped the next business day.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.


📬 Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Currently we are shipping with USPS for U.S Deliveries and DHL for Canada and Mexico. The fees are calculated on the checkout page and they start at around 6 USD.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holidays.


🛍️ Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the link in the email, in the courier page or directly through your LilianaEsquivia.shop account.


📦 Packaging

All dresses are carefully folded and packed to protect delicate fabrics and details. We believe every package should feel like opening a gift.


📍 Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but you haven’t received it:

  1. Check with neighbors or your building's front desk.

  2. Wait 24 hours (in case it arrives late).

  3. Contact us at lilianafashionusa@gmail.comp with your order number—we’re here to help!


❗ Incorrect Shipping Address
